My Projects & My Photos Online

Over the last few years, I’ve had some great opportunities to work as a volunteer photographer on a few projects.  I’ve also had a couple of requests, which I’ve granted, to use photos of mine online.

Here are links to where you can find the photos from my projects, and a couple of my photos that have been used by businesses:

2010 DSNetwork Calendar

I was honored to be chosen as the photographer for the 2010  DSNetwork calendar.  To date, this is my most-favorite photography project!  DSNetwork is a Down syndrome support and education group in Arizona.   Their annual calendar is a significant fundraiser for them!  I couldn’t have been more pleased about being asked to be the 2010 photographer, and I was so happy with how it all came together!

The theme of the 2010 DSNetwork calendar was “Inspirations.”  Parents, friends, and family members, submitted thoughts on how an individual with Down syndrome had inspired them.  12 submissions were chosen, and then the individuals with Down syndrome were photographed with the person who wrote about them.   We did about half of the shoots at The Children’s Museum of Phoenix, a couple at Tempe Town Lake, one at Freestone Park, and one shoot was done in the child’s home.
