It’s been a while since I’ve entered a photo in an iheartfaces photo challenge, but when I saw the theme for this week’s contest “Got to Wear Shades” I knew the perfect photo to enter!

I took this of my nephew at the Santa Monica Pier last month.  I get kind of a kick out of  the attitude on his face, but at the same time it makes him look a bit too “big kid” and I don’t know if I’m ready for that!
